Large number of people belonging to Khitta-e-Kohsar, the area starting from Murree and stretching up to Muzafarabad,have not been facilitated with any public university since creation of Pakistan.
More than 4 million people are living in said area and they are still waiting for any varsity and accusing their respective for not raising their voice on the National forums for the establishment of the university.
